Wallis Chan (陈颕诗), Head of Corporate Services, Hong Kong, Apex Group Ltd Ms. Chan is the Head of Corporate Services, Hong Kong of Apex Group Ltd (“Apex”), a global financial services provider. Ms. Chan has over 20 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field, providing a full range of company secretarial and compliance services to companies in multiple jurisdictions. Before joining Apex, she was previously with a major property developer that is listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; a dual-listed international conglomerate whose shares are listed in London and Singapore; as well as one of the “Big Four” international accounting firms; and other famous international corporate services providers. Ms. Chan is a Chartered Secretary, a Chartered Governance Professional and a Fellow member of both The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (“HKICS”) and The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the United Kingdom. She is also a holder of the Practitioner’s Endorsement from the HKICS. Ms. Chan holds a Master of Corporate Governance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Heriot-Watt University, United Kingdom. |
